Roma, 25 novembre 2021 – A Taranto due ispettori del lavoro nel corso di una normale attività di controllo sono stati addirittura inseguiti e speronati a bordo della loro auto e di questo si è parlato ieri a Radio ANMIL .
“È un attacco al lavoro degli ispettori e a tutto l’Inl (Ispettorato nazionale del lavoro); una minaccia per chi fa questo lavoro e non occorre soltanto solidarietà ma sostegno e attività di difesa”, è quanto rappresentato da uno degli ospiti della trasmissione, il Senatore Junio Valerio Romano, vice-presidente della Commissione monocamerale di inchiesta sul lavoro in Italia, insieme al quale hanno dibattuto sul tema Rocchina Rosa, dell’Ispettorato del lavoro di Potenza Matera e delegata Cgil; Matteo Ariano, coordinatore nazionale FP-CGIL per l’Ispettorato nazionale del lavoro; Mirko Ginelli, INL di Lecce, e coordinatore regionale Puglia FP-CGIL INL; l’avvocato Nunzio Leone, Comitato tecnico scientifico di ASSIDAL.
Gli ispettori intervenuti lanciano un appello al mondo della politica e delle istituzioni sottolineando come la semplice solidarietà non basta. A questo punto servono investimenti. Se da una parte è vero che stanno entrando nuove leve, come ha sottolineato anche il Direttore dell’INL Bruno Giordano, dall’altra bisogna poi capire bene come saranno formati e in quali uffici saranno distribuiti.
Gli ispettori chiedono indennità e anche una polizza assicurativa. Romano ha rafforzato l’idea di Giordano su un assetto più robusto delle ispezioni suggerendo di mandare nei luoghi di lavoro squadre più organizzate e, laddove è possibile, in maggior numero.
Il senatore ha anche sottolineato il fatto che dopo diversi anni la politica ha lanciato un segnale positivo ma ora si tratta di tradurlo in un costume culturale che non inquadri le ispezioni come un atto ostile bensì collaborativo con le imprese.
Per quanto riguarda il decreto concorrenza Romano ha specificato che un conto è la razionalizzazione degli interventi e un altro conto è il controllo “telefonato”.
Staremo a vedere quanto la proposta, maturata dal ministro Brunetta, possa trovare spazio all’interno del Parlamento quando ci sarà la conversione in legge.
