Dopo il via libera del Garante della Privacy si conclude il percorso della card che consente: la priorità vaccinale, l’accesso alle zone a traffico limitato, nuove risorse per progetti di inclusione, la sosta gratuita negli stalli blu. Ora manca solo la legge delega sulle disabilità per mettere al centro il progetto di vita personalizzato e partecipato.
