Con “Near Miss” si indicano eventi che se anche solo fortuitamente non causano lesioni o malattie potrebbero produrle e comunque rappresentano spie di incidenti potenziali. Porli sotto osservazione vuol dire avere un quadro più profondo della sicurezza sul lavoro sugli impianti.
