Fermo, 18 febbraio 2022 – Un nuovo sportello ANMIL è stato inaugurato ieri nel Centro sportivo Q-BO Wellness (Contrada Piane di Monteverde, 19 – Fermo) per offrire più servizi al territorio e sensibilizzare i giovani sulla sicurezza sul lavoro, con la partecipazione del Presidente dell’ANMIL Marche e Fermo nonché Testimonial/Formatore della sicurezza, Marcello Luciani, dei Consiglieri territoriali associativi e delle autorità locali.
“La formazione non può essere un atto formale e meramente burocratico da assolvere a termini di legge. Va portata avanti con testimonianze dirette di chi in certi incidenti ci è già incappato e ne è segnato per sempre nel corpo e nella mente. Solo questo crea memoria e coinvolgimento. Cioè la testimonianza diretta, supportata da video. Non bastano i DVR ( documento di valutazione dei rischi) , carte spesso firmate in fretta e con poca o nulla consapevolezza”. Queste sono state le dichiarazioni rilasciate dal Presidente Luciani a “Viveve Fermo”, arrivato all’inaugurazione ancora scosso dopo aver presenziato al funerale di Giuseppe Lenoci, il 16enne deceduto in un incidente stradale avvenuto a Serra de’ Conti mentre stava svolgendo lo stage scuola–lavoro presso una Ditta di termoidraulica di Fermo.
L’ANMIL regionale, grazie ad un finanziamento della Regione Marche, oggi dispone di 15 figure professionali che, a fronte di 400 ore di formazione, hanno ottenuto il titolo di responsabili del servizio di prevenzione e protezione sul lavoro. Si tratta di persone che hanno subìto un incidente sul lavoro, che ora possono diffondere la cultura della salute e sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro all’interno di imprese e scuole.
A dimostrare il proprio apprezzamento verso il ruolo svolto dall’ANMIL, il Sindaco di Montegiorgio e Presidente Provinciale, Michele Ortenzi, presente all’inaugurazione con tutti gli assessori della giunta montegiorgese, a riprova di quanto ritenga fondamentale questo servizio sul territorio.
Don Mauro, parroco di Monteverde è poi intervenuto sul grave problema di un lavoro sempre più disumanizzante. “Il lavoro nasce come dono di Dio all’uomo che può raccoglierne i frutti e costruire qualcosa di importante per sé stesso e per gli altri. Oggi ci stiamo perdendo dietro d una economia massacrante che ci sta rendendo schiavi e fa vittime. Fermiamoci e recuperiamo la nostra umanità”.
All’inaugurazione hanno partecipato anche l’Assessore ai Servizi sociali di Fermo Mirco Giampieri, il Sindaco di Rapagnano Elisabetta Ceroni e il Vicepresidente regionale ANMIL Andrea Lanari.
Lo sportello sarà aperto ogni giorno, previo appuntamento, da Luigi Vita rintracciabile al numero 3516762667. Fungerà da punto di raccordo territoriale per tutti i servizi di consulenza , fiscale, legale, medico legale, supporto pratiche e assistenza legate all’invalidità sul lavoro.
