23 settembre 2021 – Lo scorso 12 settembre 2021 #girolevitespezzateDAY è arrivato a Brescia con il sostegno di Palazzo Chigi ed il patrocinio del Comune di Brescia. L’iniziativa, volta a sensibilizzare sul tema della salute e sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro e nella vita di tutti i giorni, è stata promossa dall’Associazione omonima e da Legambiente e FIAB-Paciclica di Brescia con il Patrocinio della Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri. L’incontro si è concretizzato attraverso una partecipata parata in bicicletta tenutasi in contemporanea in diversi comuni distribuiti sul territorio italiano.
Il percorso si è realizzato tra le vie della città toccando i luoghi che ospitano sedi di Istituzioni deputate all’assistenza e al controllo delle imprese sotto diversi profili (Regione Lombardia-
ATS, INAIL, Ispettorato Territoriale del Lavoro, INPS) e di Associazioni imprenditoriali (Collegio Costruttori, Coldiretti, Confindustria Brescia, Associazione Artigiani, CNA, Confartigianato) che hanno un ruolo importante nella prevenzione nei luoghi di lavoro attraverso un’opera di promozione, indirizzo, formazione ed assistenza alle imprese, soprattutto a quelle più piccole, ai lavoratori e alle lavoratrici.
Ha rivestito particolare importanza il passaggio al palazzo Lombardia perché in questi mesi si sta decidendo il futuro della Sanità Lombarda dopo il fallimento della “sperimentale” L.R.

Purtroppo nelle bozze in discussione in Consiglio Regionale la Prevenzione nei luoghi di lavoro così come quella negli ambienti di vita non trova la necessaria attenzione mentre è sotto gli occhi di tutti la necessità di Prevenire a tutto tondo: le malattie infettive, gli infortuni e le malattie professionali; le malattie derivanti dall’inquinamento delle matrici ambientali acqua, aria e suolo; le malattie da stili di vita scorretti (fumo , alcol e droghe, gioco d’azzardo, cattiva alimentazione ecc.).
La manifestazione si è conclusa al Parco Tarello dopo essersi soffermati a rendere omaggio al monumento alle vittime sul lavoro in via Vittorio Emanuele II, giardino INPS. L’iniziativa di Brescia è stata promossa da Circolo Legambiente Brescia e PACICLICA-FIAB (Federazione Italiana Ambiente e Bicicletta) con il patrocinio del Comune di Brescia e l’adesione di Cgil, Cisl, Uil, AIFOS e Fondazione AIFOS, ACLI Provinciali di Brescia, UISP Comitato di Brescia.
Per ANMIL hanno preso parte all’iniziativa il Presidente ANMIL Brescia Roberto Valentini ed il Consigliere territoriale e regionale Enzo Gelmini.
