La finalità di tali obiettivi è quella della riduzione continua, durevole e omogenea degli infortuni sul lavoro e delle malattie professionali. Tale impegno trova oggi una sua concreta applicazione per la prima volta in Italia, con il riconoscimento del ruolo del formatore-testimonial, una figura dotata di alcune skills tecniche professionali e quindi opportunamente preparata a diffondere la cultura della salute e sicurezza nel sistema scolastico, formativo e aziendale.
La figura in questione è ricoperta da un infortunato sul lavoro che, “grazie” all’esperienza acquisita durante il proprio incidente, potrà trasformare l’evento negativo in opportunità di lavoro e che gli permetterà di salvare tantissime altre persone.
