7 ottobre 2019 – Il fine settimana appena concluso ha lasciato al nostro Paese un tragico bollettino di caduti sul lavoro. Sono 6 i lavoratori morti, tra venerdì e domenica, mentre svolgevano le incombenze del proprio mestiere.
Mario Angiono, 48enne, è morto venerdì scorso mentre stava lavorando alla ristrutturazione di un edificio privato di San Mauro Marchesato, in provincia di Crotone. Il lavoratore è caduto da un’impalcatura, rovinando da un’altezza di 15 mt che non gli ha dato scampo.
Un impresario edile di 57 anni è morto, sempre nella giornata di venerdì, in un incidente sul lavoro all’interno di un’azienda agricola di Brembilla (BG). Vincenzo Caccia, questo il nome dell’uomo caduto da un’altezza di circa 4 mt mentre stava compattando una gettata di calcestruzzo posizionandosi sopra il cordolo dei pannelli prefabbricati “privi di qualsivoglia opera provvisionale a protezione (ponteggio o altro)”, secondo la descrizione dell’ATS.
Due i decessi verificatisi nella giornata di sabato, 5 ottobre. Un operaio ivoriano di 38 anni, addetto alle pulizie, ha perso la vita dopo essere rimasto schiacciato da un carico sospeso, del peso di 100 kg, in un’azienda di Vergiate (Varese).
Federico Paggi, lavoratore agricolo 60enne è stato travolto e ucciso dal trattore che stava spostando in una fattoria di Mese (Sondrio).
I quattro infortuni mortali sopracitati, si aggiungono all’ormai tristemente noto fatto di cronaca che ha determinato la morte in servizio dei due poliziotti Pierluigi Rotta, di 34 anni e Matteo Demenego, di 31. Gli agenti sono morti in una sparatoria in questura a Trieste lo scorso venerdì 4 ottobre. A sparare un rapinatore che avevano posto in stato di fermo.
