Roma, 27 settembre 2021 – L’insegnante di sostegno di un ragazzo disabile, minore, per mesi lo avrebbe maltrattato con violenze e ingiurie. È quanto hanno scoperto i Carabinieri di Colorno (Parma) che hanno eseguito nei confronti del docente un’ordinanza di misura cautelare dell’interdizione dall’esercizio della professione di insegnante e da tutte le attività connesse per la durata di 12 mesi.
A far partire l’indagine è stata la direttrice scolastica dell’istituto che avrebbe informato gli inquirenti dei comportamenti anomali dell’insegnante nei confronti di un minore disabile: atti violenza, ingiurie, anche più volte al giorno, in presenza dei compagni di classe. In più occasioni la vittima, avendo paura del comportamento del docente di sostegno, aveva chiesto aiuto all’insegnante titolare che avrebbe ripreso il collega segnalandone, alla direttrice scolastica, l’atteggiamento non professionale.
L’insegnante di sostegno, a dicembre 2020, era stato sospeso per un giorno senza retribuzione. Riammesso in servizio, avrebbe continuato con i suoi atteggiamenti. Il giudice per le indagini preliminari, alla luce degli elementi indiziari acquisiti, sulla base delle dichiarazioni raccolte, ritenendo integrata la gravità indiziaria, ha disposto la misura cautelare della sospensione per 12 mesi dall’insegnamento nei confronti dell’indagato.
