25 gennaio 2022 – Scade il prossimo 31 gennaio il termine di presentazione del “Prospetto informativo disabili”, richiesto alle aziende che abbiano al loro interno dai 15 dipendenti in su.
Questa tipologia di aziende, infatti, ha l’obbligo di rispettare la normativa circa le categorie protette, ovvero la quota riservata alle assunzioni di persone con disabilità.
Questo documento deve essere inviato in via telematica, tramite il sistema per la gestione del Prospetto Informativo Disabili (PID), loggandosi con SPID e compilando un modulo online accreditandosi con le modalità indicate da ciascuna Regione e Provincia Autonoma nella quale avviene l’adempimento (clicca qui per maggiori informazioni).
La procedura deve essere portata a compimento esclusivamente per le aziende che abbiano variato il numero di dipendenti, determinando dunque una modifica in termini di obblighi sulle categorie protette.
Ricordiamo, a tale proposito, che le aziende con più di 15 dipendenti devono attenersi ai parametri della seguente scaletta:
– tra 15 e 35 dipendenti: 1 lavoratore con disabilità
– da 36 a 50 dipendenti: 2 lavoratori con disabilità
– oltre 50 dipendenti: almeno del 7% del personale.
Le aziende che non inviano il prospetto informativo nei termini sono sanzionate con una multa che aumenta per ogni giorni di ritardo: € 702,43 per il mancato adempimento e, per ogni giorno di ulteriore ritardo, € 34,02 (artt. 9, c. 6, e 15, c. 1, L. 68/99; DM Min. Lav. 30 settembre 2021 n. 194).
