Roma, 24 maggio 2022 – Formazione e cultura della sicurezza, parole chiave di un impegno che vede uniti e concordi i rappresentanti delle istituzioni e del Parlamento che si sono confrontati oggi pomeriggio in occasione del convegno “La Sicurezza: miglioriamola insieme”, promosso da Ancors, in collaborazione con Confassociazioni. All’incontro ha partecipato in rappresentanza dell’ANMIL il Vicepresidente Nazionale Emidio Deandri, che ha sollecitato attenzione al gravissimo bilancio di questi ultimi anni, non solo per quanto attiene agli infortuni sul lavoro, ma anche per quanto riguarda le malattie professionali, troppo spesso dimenticate.
“ANMIL gioca un ruolo fondamentale nella diffusione della cultura della sicurezza attraverso le sue testimonianze, che portiamo da 20 anni nelle aziende e nelle scuole. Con la Scuola della Testimonianza raccontiamo le nostre storie, per far capire che spesso gli infortuni si nascondono dietro l’angolo e possono capitare a tutti. Dobbiamo convincere le aziende che la sicurezza non è un peso, ma è una ricchezza. Il decreto 81 è una buona legge – ha proseguito Deandri – ma non è ben applicata e non ci sono sufficienti controlli. Mi auguro che il potenziamento dell’Ispettorato del Lavoro possa favorire una migliore e più efficace vigilanza”.
Sulla Scuola della Testimonianza si è soffermata anche la Presidente della Commissione Lavoro del Senato, Sen. Susy Matrisciano, che da tempo porta avanti insieme all’ANMIL la battaglia per il riconoscimento legislativo della figura del testimonial/formatore. “Abbiamo presentato un emendamento che purtroppo non è stato approvato – ha dichiarato Matrisciano – ma continueremo a lavorare su questa strada, affinché queste figure siano inserite nei percorsi formativi soprattutto a partire dalle scuole, perché sensibilizzare i giovani su questi argomenti significa prepararli al mondo del lavoro. Servono grandi investimenti sul piano culturale, affinché la sicurezza diventi un valore organizzativo delle aziende, non un mero adempimento burocratico da assolvere perché lo prevede la legge” ha concluso la Presidente della Commissione Lavoro.
