Roma, 14 ottobre 2021 – Nel nuovo decreto fiscale del governo, in Consiglio dei ministri domani, ci saranno anche le nuove norme sulla sicurezza sul lavoro. Il presidente Draghi le ha annunciate ai leader sindacali questa mattina a Palazzo Chigi, durante un incontro in cui i segretari di Cgil, Cisl e Uil hanno anche chiesto di abbassare il costo dei tamponi. Tra gli altri provvedimenti che concorreranno ad arginare il fenomeno degli infortuni sul lavoro c’è la sospensione dell’attività che scatterà in presenza di lavoratori irregolari, la soglia di lavoro nero che scende dal 20 al 10% rispetto al totale dei lavoratori dell’impresa, con violazioni alle norme sulla sicurezza con una serie di “casistiche” che consentiranno lo stop immediato (e non più solo in caso di recidiva). Più nello specifico, c’è anche il potenziamento delle ispezioni, con l’accelerazione delle assunzioni all’Ispettorato nazionale del lavoro ma anche per il reclutamento nelle Asl. Il coordinamento dei controlli viene affidato all’Ispettorato e si prevede l’istituzione della Banca dati unica che mette in sinergia Inl, Inail, Asl: questo attraverso il Sistema informativo nazionale per la prevenzione nei luoghi di lavoro (Sinp) per migliorare la condivisione delle informazioni e orientare l’attività.
Per quanto riguarda le assunzioni, sono oltre 2 mila le unità in più già previste per l’Ispettorato nazionale del lavoro: 1.200 – di cui 800 ispettori in senso stretto e il resto amministrativi – che saranno in servizio entro il 2021; altre mille l’anno prossimo.

Today, I went to the beach front with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear and screamed.
