Roma, 1 Dicembre 2020 – Dodici persone sono indagate dalla Procura della Repubblica di Pavia per presunte ispezioni “pilotate” in cantieri edili di Voghera (Pavia). Sotto inchiesta sono finiti, tra gli altri, due ispettori dell’Ats di Pavia, oltre a geometri, imprenditori, tecnici addetti ai controlli e medici del lavoro. A darne notizia è oggi il quotidiano “La Provincia pavese”.
Le ipotesi di reato vanno dall’abuso d’ufficio al falso.
Secondo quanto è emerso dall’indagine, coordinata dal sostituto procuratore Paolo Mazza, nel corso delle ispezioni non sarebbero state volutamente rilevate irregolarità e mancate applicazioni delle norme dalle quali dipende la sicurezza dei lavoratori nei cantieri. Tra l’altro, dall’inchiesta sarebbero emersi falsi certificati medici di idoneità e l’assenza di adeguati piani di sicurezza.
