Roma, 11 maggio 2021 – Come è noto, il ministro della Salute, Roberto Speranza, ha firmato l’Ordinanza che permette, dall’8 maggio al 30 luglio, le visite da parte di familiari e altri visitatori presso tutte le strutture residenziali sanitarie e socio-sanitarie ma quello che è accaduto all’atto pratico è che moltissime strutture non sono giunte preparate all’appuntamento. “Ci stanno arrivando centinaia di messaggi da tutta Italia da parte di persone che non riescono ancora a entrare nelle Rsa e a rincontrare di persona, dopo 14 mesi, i propri genitori, nonni o amici”, ha dichiarato Dario Francolino, presidente del comitato Open RSA Now che si è battuto nelle settimane scorse per ottenere un’ordinanza nazionale per la riapertura delle strutture sanitarie che ospitano anziani e disabili. Immediatamente è partito un appello alle regioni a diffidare o sanzionare le strutture che non aprono senza giustificati motivi. “Purtroppo ieri, prima domenica utile per centinaia di migliaia di persone per rincontrare i propri cari, ospiti di residenze socioassistenziali – prosegue Francolino – molte strutture non erano pronte per la riapertura. Spiace doverlo dire perché si sarebbero potute organizzare preventivamente, come alcune hanno fatto, visto che ormai da giorni si parlava di una norma nazionale che sarebbe andata in questa direzione. Questo temiamo nasconda mancanza di impegno e volontà, oltre che mancanza di sensibilità”. Quindi la proposta: “andrebbero fatte diffide alle strutture che non aprono, per poi arrivare, qualora fossero inascoltate, a sanzioni fino alla sospensione dell’accreditamento. Così facendo – conclude – aprirebbero tutte in una settimana”.
