Il QR-Code dell’invalidità civile è un nuovo e innovativo servizio dell’INPS che permettete, tramite apposita convenzione con l’istituto, di certificare lo status di invalido direttamente dallo smartphone o dal tablet, senza bisogno del verbale sanitario. Le persone con disabilità, usufruendo di questo strumento, possono accedere alle agevolazioni e ai benefici in modo più semplice e veloce.
Il QR-Code è un codice a matrice che permette di memorizzare informazioni leggibili e decifrabili da dispositivi mobili. Il codice, direttamente associato all’interessato e non a un verbale, garantisce informazioni sempre attendibili ed è sempre aggiornato con verbali definitivi di prima istanza, aggravamento, revisione, verifica straordinaria e autotutela. Il servizio è rivolto a: amministrazioni pubbliche ed enti pubblici o privati tramite apposita convenzione con l’INPS. I gestori dei servizi, per controllare lo stato di invalidità civile, cecità civile, sordità, disabilità, possono leggere il codice tramite un qualsiasi lettore di QR-Code. Verificare la validità di un verbale sanitario ai fini dell’erogazione di determinate prestazioni agevolate o per l’accesso a determinati benefici.
Per adoperare il QR-Code bisogna utilizzare l’applicazione INPS Mobile (o un’altra applicazione in grado di leggere i QR- Code) e inquadrare con la fotocamera dello smartphone o del tablet il codice apposto sul verbale. L’applicazione indirizza automaticamente l’utente al portale dell’Istituto dove, una volta inserite le credenziali di accesso e il codice fiscale del soggetto titolare del verbale, sarà possibile visualizzare i dati del verbale stesso. Il sistema consente la visualizzazione del giudizio medico legale e della data di revisione sanitaria, il periodo di validità (nel caso in cui in archivio sia presente un verbale successivo per lo stesso soggetto e per la medesima tipologia) e l’eventuale diritto a benefici fiscali.
Per ottenere il codice basta collegarsi al servizio online “Generazione QR-Code invalidi civili per attestazione status“, sul portale dell’INPS, accedendo con le proprie credenziali.
Il servizio genera automaticamente e in tempo reale il QR-Code, direttamente in formato pdf. Il codice può essere stampato, inviato, salvato sul computer o dispositivo mobile ed esibito quando è necessario per accedere alle agevolazioni.
