17 maggio 2022 – In data 16 maggio 2022 è stato firmato il Protocollo d’intesa finalizzato ad avviare percorsi di accompagnamento al lavoro per i rifugiati e altri migranti vulnerabili nel settore edile.
Lo scopo è duplice: da una parte, promuovere l’autonomia di vita di tali soggetti, dall’altra sostenere la crescita sospinta dal c.d. “super bonus” e dal PNRR. Il Protocollo è stato sottoscritto dal Ministro del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali, Andrea Orlando, dal Ministro dell’Interno, Luciana Lamorgese, dal presidente di ANCE, dai segretari generali di FILLEA-CGIL e FILCA CISL e dal segretario della FENEAL UIL.
Più in particolare, l’impegno è finalizzato all’inserimento socio-lavorativo di almeno tremila persone individuate attraverso i Centri di Accoglienza Straordinaria e il Sistema di Accoglienza e Integrazione. Questi soggetti saranno inseriti in percorsi di formazione, organizzati dalle scuole edili e coordinati da Formedil, che includono esperienze di tirocinio e, laddove compatibili, contratti di apprendistato presso le aziende del settore.
L’iniziativa recepisce la ‘Partnership on Integration’ voluta dalla Commissione UE e dalle associazioni di rappresentanza europee.
