18 febbraio 2020 – Questa mattina, un operaio di 65 anni è morto in un incidente sul lavoro a San Benedetto del Tronto. Secondo le prime ricostruzioni dell’accaduto, l’uomo, originario di Salerno, era su una condotta idrica quando è caduto nello scavo ed è stato travolto dalla terra. L’elisoccorso giunto sul posto non ha potuto caricare il lavoratore a causa delle gravi condizioni nelle quali riversava che ne hanno impedito la stabilizzazione. La ditta per la quale lavorava era impegnata nella posa di un nuovo collettore fognario. Sul posto sono attesi i funzionari dell’INAIL. La vittima era prossima alla pensione.
