A seguito dell’emergenza epidemiologica COVID-19 (#Coronavirus), la scadenza, prima fissata per il mese di marzo, è stata prorogata per le seguenti attività:
– faticose e pesanti, c.d. usuranti;
– facenti parte di un processo produttivo in serie caratterizzato dalla “linea catena” ovvero relative all’esecuzione di lavoro notturno svolto in modo continuativo e compreso in regolari turni periodici.
Il decreto legislativo sui lavori usuranti, il n. 67/2011, all’articolo 5 stabilisce infatti l’obbligo per i datori di lavoro di dare comunicazione online delle lavorazioni “particolarmente faticose e pesanti”, indicate nel testo del decreto all’articolo 1, comma 1. Ai fini del monitoraggio dei lavoratori impegnati in queste lavorazioni, secondo l’articolo 6 del Decreto interministeriale 20 settembre 2011 del Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali e del Ministero dell’Economia e delle Finanze, con decorrere dall’anno 2011 è necessario comunicare annualmente attraverso il suddetto modello il periodo o i periodi nei quali ogni dipendente ha svolto lavorazioni usuranti.
