Roma, 22 giugno 2021 – Si svolgerà dal 4 al 25 luglio la seconda edizione di Obiettivo tricolore, una staffetta di 54 tappe che fa parte di Obiettivo 3, il progetto di reclutamento e sostegno di atleti disabili ideato da Alex Zanardi nel 2017 in vista delle paralimpiadi di Tokyo. 67 atleti in handbike, bicicletta e carrozzina olimpica partiranno il 4, 5 e 6 luglio da La Villa in Alto Adige, Lecco e Varrès in Val D’Aosta per giungere il 25 luglio a Catania in Sicilia. I tre gruppi si riuniranno l’11 luglio a Bologna, città natale di Alex, per formare un unico grande serpentone. Durante il tragitto , in alcune città toccate dalla corsa verrà allestito un villaggio sportivo per fornire informazioni sulla cultura e gli sport paralimpici, dare la possibilità di provare le diverse discipline e candidarsi a far parte di Obiettivo 3. A poco più di una anno dal terribile incidente che lo ha coinvolto nei pressi di Pienza durante una delle tappe della staffetta di Obiettivo 3, il 28, 29 e 30 giugno si potrà assistere in 100 sale cinematografiche alla proiezione del docufilm la “Grande staffetta, che racconta la storia del campione Alex Zanardi prodotto da FilArt con la regia di Francesco Mansutti e Vinicio Stefanello.
