Roma, 6 luglio 2020 – Il coronavirus, invisibile all’occhio umano, ma talmente pericoloso da essere letale, ha cambiato le nostre abitudini anche nel modo di andare in spiaggia. Per evitare una nuova ondata di contagi, i bagnanti dovranno attenersi ad alcune regole ben precise. Prima di partire, bisogna informarsi bene sul luogo di villeggiatura, in alcune spiagge ad esempio sono previsti ingressi a numero chiuso in base alla loro capienza. Alcuni lidi si doteranno di una App tramite la quale sarà possibile prenotare il proprio ingresso nello stabilimento balneare e in molti casi sarà possibile riservare anche il posto in una determinata fascia oraria al fine di prevenire assembramenti. Tutti gli stabilimenti sono tenuti a registrare gli utenti per poterli rintracciare in caso di contagi nel rispetto della normativa sulla privacy. Gli elenchi dovranno essere conservati per almeno 14 giorni. In tutti i Comuni in cui sono presenti delle spiagge libere si dovrà rispettare una distanza minima tra gli ombrelloni in base al documento tecnico sulle misure del contagio redatto dall’INAIL. Tra questi ultimi ci dovranno essere almeno 4 metri di distanza, sdraio e lettini saranno posizionati ad una distanza non inferiore ad un metro e mezzo l’uno dall’altro. Anche i bagnanti dovranno mantenersi ad una distanza minima di un metro, tranne alcuni casi come la Toscana dove si consiglia una distanza di 1,5 metri. Sono assolutamente vietati assembramenti sia in spiaggia che in acqua tranne che tra parenti, familiari e conviventi. Sono vietate le attività sportive di gruppo come beach volley e calcetto mentre sono ammessi gli sport individuali come il nuoto e i racchettoni. I volontari della Croce Rossa, della Misericordia dell’ANPAS e delle altre associazioni avranno il compito di controllare che le regole siano rispettate. Per i trasgressori sono previste multe dalle 400 alle 1000 euro. Per un’efficace azione di sensibilizzazione, i Comuni possono servirsi dei social media oppure affiggere cartelli in diverse lingue per illustrare il corretto comportamento da tenere per contenere i contagi.
