Roma, 27 aprile 2020 – LโIstituto Superiore della Sanitร attraverso un gruppo di lavoro ha elaborato un vademecum per chi vende e chi compra cibo riguardante la conservazione e il consumo degli alimenti al supermercato come in casa. Infatti, gli operatori del settore alimentare devono attenersi in modo scrupoloso a regole ben precise che comprendono anche la gestione delle pulizie, il controllo degli accessi nei supermercati e la distribuzione dei prodotti igienizzanti per le mani. Al consumatore invece si consiglia lโuso dei guanti e delle #mascherine e si raccomanda di disinfettare regolarmente le mani. Una volta tornati a casa, bisogna lavare accuratamente le mani con acqua calda e sapone per 40/60 secondi. Non bisognerebbe appoggiare le buste della spesa sulle superfici dove si preparano le pietanze e che verranno a contatto con gli alimenti. Le sacche utilizzate per il trasporto della spesa vanno lavate periodicamente con acqua e sapone o servendosi di disinfettanti a base di cloro. In frigorifero gli alimenti cotti vanno conservati in contenitori chiusi e si deve aver cura di riporre quelli cotti separatamente dai cibi crudi.
