11 gennaio 2021 – L’INAIL fornisce ulteriori indicazioni in tema di prestazioni economiche per infortunio sul lavoro e malattia professionale nel settore industria e navigazione, nonché nel settore agricoltura con la Circolare n. 49 del 30 dicembre 2020 e relativi Allegati.
Preliminarmente, il provvedimento rammenta che, con delibera del Consiglio di Amministrazione n. 32/2020 (vedi sotto), è stata prevista la rivalutazione delle prestazioni economiche per infortunio sul lavoro e malattia professionale per i settori industria, agricoltura e navigazione, sulla base della variazione percentuale dello 0,5% dell’indice Istat dei prezzi al consumo per le famiglie degli operai e impiegati.
Sulla scorta dei Decreti del Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali n. 91 e n. 92 del 3 agosto 2020 recanti la rivalutazione delle prestazioni a decorrere dal 1° luglio 2020, rispettivamente nei settori industria/navigazione e agricoltura, l’Istituto indica i riferimenti retributivi per procedere alla prima liquidazione delle prestazioni e alla riliquidazione delle prestazioni in corso.
Il provvedimento individua i parametri per la liquidazione delle rendite per inabilità permanente, per l’assegno una tantum in caso di morte, nonché dell’indennità giornaliera per inabilità temporanea assoluta in agricoltura. Inoltre, vengono indicati i criteri per le operazioni di riliquidazione delle prestazioni in corso con specifico riferimento alle rendite per inabilità permanente, all’integrazione rendita, all’assegno per l’assistenza personale continuativa e agli assegni continuativi mensili.
