Roma, 9 novembre 2021 – Per tentare di tamponare la grande emorragia degli operatori sanitari, sempre più in fuga dai Pronto soccorso, il Ministero della Salute sta per definire una nuova indennità con lo stanziamento di 90 milioni di euro. L’indennità è indicata nel pacchetto del Ddl di Bilancio che sta per essere trasmesso alle Camere: “Nell’ambito dei rispettivi contratti collettivi nazionali di lavoro è definita, nei limiti degli importi annui lordi di 27 milioni di euro per la dirigenza medica e di 63 milioni per il personale del comparto, una specifica indennità di natura accessoria da riconoscere in ragione dell’effettiva presenza in servizio con decorrenza dal 1° gennaio 2022”. Una misura che, se approvata, i sindacati si augurano però con un’applicazione più chiara rispetto ai cosiddetti “premi-Covid”, che tante polemiche continuano a suscitare, Come nella Regione Lazio, dove molti operatori sanitari “non hanno ricevuto l’indennità prevista all’esposizione al Covid a causa delle indicazioni regionali, o delle strutture sanitarie, per istruzioni incomprensibili ai professionisti sanitari”, ha denunciato la responsabile regionale del sindacato infermieristico Nursing Up, Laura Rita Santoro, in una lettera inviata al ministro Roberto Speranza e al governatore laziale Nicola Zingaretti.
