Roma, 11 maggio 2021 – È stato confermato ufficialmente l’arrivo di più di duemila ispettori del lavoro. L’annuncio, dopo l’anticipazione di ieri, è stato dato dal ministro del Lavoro Orlando al tavolo del confronto con i sindacati proprio sui temi della Sicurezza sul lavoro. “È urgente intervenire, in parte alcuni provvedimenti sono già stati assunti, tra cui i 2.100 nuovi ispettori in arrivo – ha dichiarato Orlando – ma si tratta ora di fare di più e trovare anche strumenti nuovi, sia legislativi sia di coinvolgimento delle Regioni e delle Asl che hanno una funzione essenziale nella garanzia della sicurezza sui luoghi di lavoro”. Intanto, l’ex sottosegretario al Lavoro Claudio Cominardi ha depositato una proposta di legge alla Camera per intervenire sulla norma del decreto legislativo del Jobs Act che stabilisce l’esaurimento degli ispettori in servizio per Inps e Inail. “Oggi l’Inail può contare su 104 ispettori in meno rispetto al 2016 – ricorda Cominardi – mentre l’Inps, sempre negli ultimi cinque anni, ne ha persi 228. Malgrado questo, nel corso del 2020 sono state ispezionate dall’Istituto nazionale per l’assicurazione contro gli infortuni sul lavoro quasi 7.500 aziende mentre quello della previdenza sociale nel 2019 ha recuperato oltre un miliardo di euro di contributi e premi evasi”.
“La ripresa economica necessita di risorse pubbliche destinate a imprese ‘sane’ che lavorano in sicurezza. È perciò urgente intervenire sulla norma del decreto attuativo del Jobs Act che ha introdotto il ruolo a esaurimento degli ispettori in forza ai due istituti. Non dobbiamo perdere tempo” conclude l’ex sottosegretario.
