Roma, 12 novembre 2021 – È in arrivo un decreto che prevede, per le persone con disturbi specifici dell’apprendimento, misure specifiche e strumenti compensativi per effettuare senza penalizzazioni le prove concorsuali. Ad annunciarlo è stato il Ministro per le Disabilità Erika Stefani. Nel decreto c’è la possibilità di sostituire la prova scritta con un colloquio orale e la possibilità di utilizzare strumenti per compensare le difficoltà di lettura, di scrittura e di calcolo. “In questa fase di ripresa dei concorsi pubblici è questo un atto di equità, un’azione necessaria per la tutela delle pari opportunità e un nuovo passo avanti verso un’autentica e piena inclusione lavorativa”, aggiunge il Ministro.
“Sin dal 3 maggio scorso, quando è diventata operativa la mia riforma che ha sbloccato e digitalizzato i concorsi pubblici in presenza, abbiamo tenuto conto delle specificità legate alle persone con disabilità – sottolinea il Ministro per la Pubblica amministrazione, Renato Brunetta – consentendo un aumento del tempo di svolgimento delle prove e mettendo a disposizione tutti gli strumenti tecnologici necessari. Con questo decreto, il Governo dà un ulteriore e decisivo segnale di attenzione alle persone con DSA per garantire un’equa partecipazione all’opera di rinnovamento del capitale umano pubblico che abbiamo avviato. Nel segno dell’inclusione anche lavorativa, per superare ogni forma di barriera e di discriminazione”.
“La misura adottata nel decreto rafforza il percorso che il Governo sta portando avanti per l’inclusione lavorativa delle persone con disabilità e, in questo caso, delle persone con DSA (disturbi specifici dell’apprendimento) – aggiunge il Ministro del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali Andrea Orlando -. Si tratta dell’affermazione di un principio di equità e pari opportunità, elemento fondamentale e imprescindibile per la realizzazione di quei progetti di vita indipendente e di piena partecipazione alla formazione e alla vita lavorativa, che rappresentano l’obiettivo primario delle politiche pubbliche in questo ambito”.
