11 novembre 2019 – Sabato 9 novembre, all’interno della discarica di Colle Fagiolara a Colleferro (Roma), Giuseppe Sinibaldi, operaio 63enne di Lazio Ambiente, è morto investito da un autocompattatore mentre lavorava nell’impianto per il quale è prevista la chiusura il prossimo mese di dicembre. Il mezzo lo ha sbalzato sui rifiuti per oltre 15 metri. Inutili i soccorsi che hanno potuto solo constatare la morte del lavoratore al quale, per un ulteriore crudele scherzo del fato, mancava veramente poco per la pensione.
Un incidente che ha riacceso le polemiche sulla sicurezza del lavoro: “Non ci sono parole per questa ennesima tragedia – scrivono in una nota Cgil, Cisl e Uil Lazio – serve implementare una task force ispettiva che obblighi le aziende al rispetto della normativa esistente. Inoltre – precisano – serve un’accurata formazione che ricordi al lavoratore di non abbassare la soglia di attenzione”.
Su Facebook il dolore del figlio della vittima che ha ieri appreso la notizia della tragedia dal web. “No papà non riesco ad accettarlo. No non così. No non per un incidente dove sei stato ingiustamente coinvolto. Non per incidente a lavoro. Non per un incidente a lavoro di sabato. Non per un incidente a lavoro un mese prima della finalmente aspettata, guadagnata, sudata, e sofferta pensione. No non riesco ad accettarlo”. E continua “No non riesco ad accettare che pochi minuti prima che accadesse ci siamo sentiti per telefono e mi avevi detto ‘appena stacco da lavoro andiamo a fare spesa insieme’ ed io ti ho anche risposto male prima di riattaccare – continua il ragazzo, volontario presso la Croce Rossa, impegnato nel sociale – no non riesco ad accettarlo. Non riesco ad accettare che sei andato via così tutto ad un tratto senza neanche il tempo di dirti ti voglio bene, e perdonami per non avertelo detto mai, perdonami per tutte le volte che ti ho risposto male, non ti ho dato le attenzioni che volevi. No non riesco ad accettarlo sto male. Non riesco ad accettare che sei dovuto morire lì, in quel posto schifoso da solo, non riesco ad accettare che non ero lì, accanto a te come in vita tua sei sempre stato accanto a me. No non riesco ad accettarlo che a 63 anni dovevi ancora lavorare. Lavorare sotto la pioggia a fare un lavoro duro per poter campare, campate te e campare me. Per la prima volta in vita mia questa volta ho veramente paura – scrive ancora Mirko Sinibaldi, che aveva già perso la madre, stroncata dalla malattia un paio di anni fa- non ero pronto a tutto questo, non ero pronto a rimanere solo in casa, non ero pronto per affrontare le giornate lavorative tornare a casa e non trovare nessuno, no non ero pronto. Da quando mamma è volata via sei stato tu la roccia che mi ha sorretto, che si è occupato di tutto, ti devo la mia vita. Ti credevo indistruttibile papà. Credevo di avere più tempo per dimostrarti il mio amore e ricambiare in qualche modo una vita di sacrifici che hai fatto per noi. Papà non riesco ancora a dire riposa in pace, vorrei che fosse solo un incubo. Papà mi manchi. Sono stato forte molte volte ma questa volta la vita mi ha proprio buttato a terra, non ho più forze e coraggio. Papà saluta mamma. Ti amo, e mi sento un vigliacco a dirtelo solo ora. Abbiamo una spesa in sospeso da andare a fare”.
