Roma, 2 luglio 2021 – Dal primo luglio 2021 Cas.sa.colf rimborserà ai datori di lavoro domestico non autosufficienti una quota parte delle spese necessarie per un badante. Si tratta di 300 euro al mese, erogabili al massimo per un anno, che potranno venire utilizzati per il pagamento dei contributi previdenziali e/o della retribuzione. Lo stabilisce il regolamento della Cas.sa.colf approvato la scorsa settimana. Cas.sa.colf è l’organismo paritetico composto per il 50% da Fidaldo (costituita da Nuova collaborazione, da Assindatcolf, da Adld. e da Adlc) e Domina e per l’altro 50% da Filcams‐Cgil, Fisascat‐Cisl, Uiltucs e Federcolf. Il regolamento prescrive alcuni requisiti per ottenere l’erogazione. Tra questi ‐ in particolare ‐ il fatto che “al momento della iscrizione alla cassa, il richiedente non fosse già in uno stato di permanente non autosufficienza pregressa”. La ratio dell’iniziativa, infatti, è intervenire laddove la non autosufficienza sia una condizione nuova che destabilizza la gestione familiare. Cas.sa.colf, infatti, “incaricherà un medico con specifica esperienza, che analizzerà le richieste pervenute, e si pronuncerà sulla base della documentazione prodotta in merito allo stato di non autosufficienza permanente del richiedente”. Lo stesso regolamento, poi, introduce, oltre a quelle già esistenti (rivalsa Inail e responsabilità civile verso terzi), un’altra prestazione con decorrenza primo luglio 2021 a sostegno dei datori di lavoro. Si tratta di un rimborso spese per il costo di un assistente familiare (colf, badante o babysitter) necessario per la sostituzione di una lavoratrice in caso di maternità (per un massimale di 300 euro all’anno).
