29 settembre 2020 – Travolto da una cisterna, un operaio agricolo di 65 anni, residente a Gussola, nel Cremonese, è morto nel tardo pomeriggio di ieri. L’infortunio sul lavoro si è verificato in un terreno al confine fra Torricella del Pizzo, in provincia di Cremona, e Sissa, in provincia di Parma. A trovare il cadavere dell’operaio, in serata, è stato il figlio della vittima: preoccupato per il mancato ritorno a casa del padre, nonostante il turno di lavoro finisse alle 18, è andato a controllare e si è scontrato con la tragedia. Ha lanciato l’allarme ma ormai non c’era più nulla da fare: vani i soccorsi degli operatori del 118. Cause e dinamica dell’incidente sono al vaglio dei carabinieri di Casalmaggiore e degli ispettori dell’Ats. Stando ai primi accertamenti, la cisterna che ha schiacciato l’uomo sarebbe stata posizionata su un carrello e quel supporto potrebbe essere improvvisamente collassato mentre il 65enne si trovava nei pressi.
