24 luglio ’19. È stato firmato ieri all’Aran il rinnovo del contratto dei medici e dirigenti del servizio sanitario nazionale. L’accordo, che arriva dopo un’attesa di dieci anni, riguarda circa 130mila professionisti della sanità prevede un aumento medio pro capite di 200 euro al mese. Il testo è stato firmato da tutti i sindacati medici, tranne la federazione Cimo, Anpo, e Fesmed. Per la Cgil si tratta di “risultati economici e normativi importanti, dopo anni di assenza contrattuale”. Infatti, spiega, “sono state premiate le carriere gestionali e professionali ed è stato valorizzato finalmente il lavoro dei giovani neoassunti che prenderanno una retribuzione di posizione minima di 1.500 euro annui da subito. Un fatto storico mai accaduto prima. Così come lo è l’aver previsto la certezza di ottenere un incarico dopo 5 anni di servizio con una retribuzione che sale di duemila euro all’anno”. Ma sono anche altre le novità del contratto: ottenuti infatti “fondamentali risultati – afferma Filippi – anche per attenuare il forte disagio che i medici vivono nelle gravi carenze di organico. Per questo, sono state aumentate le indennità di guardia notturna da 50 a 100 euro, fino a 120 euro per chi lavora nei pronto soccorso”. Inoltre, chi ha più di 62 anni, può chiedere di essere esonerato dalle guardie. Viene pure istituito un organismo paritetico, nuovo strumento di relazioni sindacali, con l’obiettivo di mettere al centro il benessere dei lavoratori, come sulle questioni – sottolinea Filippi – di salute e sicurezza, a partire dal tema dell’emergenza aggressioni al personale sanitario”. Insomma, conclude il dirigente sindacale, “nonostante le poche risorse a disposizione, abbiamo aumentato le buste paga di tutti i dirigenti del servizio sanitario nazionale, valorizzato il lavoro dei giovani, premiato le carriere, aumentato la quota pensionabile, e retribuito il disagio di chi lavora la notte. Si valorizza così la dignità del lavoro pubblico e la centralità del servizio sanitario pubblico”.
