Roma, 28 luglio 2021 – Sono due le persone denunciate per lesioni colpose, falso ideologico e favoreggiamento in seguito alle indagini su un incidente che poi si è rivelato la copertura fraudolenta di un infortunio sul lavoro. I fatti risalgono ad appena la settimana scorsa quando un lavoratore straniero, senza regolare contratto, di una ditta di logistica che ha vari appalti nella zona di Firenze durante la movimentazione di alcune scatole aveva perso l’equilibrio cadendo a terra. Il titolare ha pensato bene di mascherare l’infortunio con un incidente stradale. E infatti ai sanitari arrivati sul posto ha riferito di aver investito involontariamente l’uomo durante una manovra di retromarcia all’interno del piazzale facendolo così cadere a terra. I sospetti della polizia, però, hanno permesso di svelare ben altra realtà.
