Roma, 21 maggio – Ē stata decisa ieri al termine di una riunione in Prefettura a Milano tra il Presidente della Regione Lombardia Attilio Fontana, il Prefetto Renato Saccone, quelli delle province lombarde e i rappresentanti delle parti sociali che hanno competenza in materia di sicurezza nel mondo del lavoro la creazione di un tavolo di lavoro che si riunirà a scadenze regolari con l’obiettivo di favorire un maggiore coordinamento delle azioni già in campo sul tema dei controlli e della sicurezza e salute dei lavoratori con particolare attenzione alle criticità e necessità a livello provinciale.
Il gruppo di lavoro sarà composto dalla Regione Lombardia, le Prefetture lombarde, l’INAIL, Assolombarda, Confartigianato, l’Unione Artigiani, l’API e l’Assoimpredil/Ance.
“Il tema della sicurezza sul lavoro – afferma il Presidente della Regione Fontana – è stata una priorità della mia Giunta. Ad aprile del 2018, siamo riusciti ad accantonare un budget che consente 45 assunzioni all’anno di personale addetto ai controlli, ma l’obiettivo di regione Lombardia è il potenziamento di queste risorse.
Fontana ha spiegato poi che “la recente recrudescenza di eventi luttuosi ci impone di alzare il livello di attenzione. Il timore è che con la ripresa delle attività fattori come la paura di perdere il posto di lavoro o piuttosto la pressione per recuperare l’attività persa durante il lockdown possano essere alla base di un calo nei livelli di sicurezza”. Per questo – ha aggiunto poi il Presidente – “è fondamentale la messa in campo di interventi sinergici in grado di contrastare il fenomeno che per la regione Lombardia si traducono nel rientro degli operatori al servizio per la tutela dei lavoratori, nel potenziamento del budget per le assunzioni”. Attilio Fontana ha infine concluso che “In particolare per il settore edilizio, che in seguito all’approvazione dei provvedimenti legislativi come il bonus del 110% potrebbe vedere un aumento dell’attività, la regione Lombardia ha deciso di adottare come strumento ordinario di vigilanza, l’algoritmo che consente di individuare i cantieri a maggior rischio e di sottoporli prontamente a controllo. Questa iniziativa sarà condivisa con l’Ispettorato Interregionale del Lavoro per la Lombardia e sarà proposto anche a livello centrale”.
