Con l’ordinanza dell’8 febbraio 2022, il Ministero della Salute ha stabilito che, a partire dall’11 febbraio 2022, decade l’obbligo di indossare le mascherine all’aperto. Tuttavia, l’ordinanza specifica che, anche nei luoghi all’aperto, rimane l’obbligo di avere con sé le mascherine al fine di indossarle in caso di assembramenti e affollamenti.
Diversamente, fino alla fine dello stato di emergenza (31 marzo 2022), rimane l’obbligo di indossare le mascherine nei luoghi chiusi diversi dalle abitazioni private. Questo obbligo viene meno solamente nel caso in cui le caratteristiche nel luogo chiuso e le circostanze consentano di garantire l’isolamento dalle persone non conviventi.
È importante evidenziare che, in ogni caso, sono fatti salvi i protocolli e le linee guida anti-contagio previsti per le attività economiche, produttive, amministrative e sociali.
L’ordinanza prescrive infine l’esenzione dall’obbligo di indossare le mascherine per: i bambini under 6; le persone con patologie o disabilità incompatibili con l’uso della mascherina e le persone che devono comunicare con tali soggetti senza il loro uso; le persone che svolgono attività sportiva.
