Roma, 29 settembre 2021 – Aveva 47 anni ed era campano l’operaio morto questa mattina dopo essere stato investito da un tir sull’autostrada A14 Bologna-Taranto, a pochi chilometri da casello di San Severo, nel Foggiano. L’uomo stava predisponendo la segnaletica per l’apertura di un cantiere per l’installazione di bande rumorose sul margine laterale della carreggiata quando è stato travolto. L’incidente ha coinvolto anche altri due operai: uno è rimasto leggermente contuso e ha rifiutato le cure mediche, l’altro è illeso. A quanto si apprende, la vittima lavorava per la ditta Edil San Felice di Nola (Napoli), subappaltatrice di Autostrade. A investirlo è stato un tir guidato da un camionista originario della provincia di Brindisi. L’autista del mezzo pesante si è fermato per i soccorsi. Il 47enne – secondo una prima ricostruzione dell’accaduto – sarebbe rimasto schiacciato tra il tir che lo ha investito e il camion della ditta per cui lavorava.
Sempre oggi è deceduto in un altro incidente sul lavoro un muratore di 42 anni, Benito Branca. L’uomo stava ristrutturando una palazzina a Mesagne (Brindisi). Proprio mentre si trovava sul marciapiedi antistante la palazzina sono crollati, per un cedimento strutturale, l’impalcatura, il balcone e parte del solaio investendolo completamente. Per l’uomo non c’è stato niente da fare. I soccorritori hanno dovuto togliere molte macerie prima di recuperare il corpo.
Le altri tre morti, un agricoltore in Alto Adige, e un altro operaio caduto da un’impalcatura all’Eur, a Roma. Il primo incidente mortale si è verificato a Rifiano, in Val Passiria, nella zona di Merano, in provincia di Bolzano: l’uomo, un 50enne, è morto schiacciato dal suo trattore che si è ribaltato mentre stava lavorando in un frutteto. Nel secondo incidente, un operaio di 47 anni è precipitato per undici in viale America, nel quartiere Eur della Capitale. In serata, a Cologna Veneta (Verona), un uomo è deceduto dopo essere rimasto schiacciato sotto ad un camion, in circostanze ancora da chiarire.
Un operaio di 57 anni è rimasto ferito in seguito alla caduta dal secondo piano di una palazzina, nel quartiere Primavalle, nella periferia di Roma.
