Roma, 7 maggio – Oltre all’omicidio colposo, i magistrati che indagano sulla morte di Luana D’Orazio, l’operaia che è stata stritolata dalla macchina tessile alla quale stava lavorando in un’azienda di Oste di Montemurlo in provincia di Prato, hanno formulato anche il reato di “rimozione dolosa”, ex articolo 437 del codice penale. Parliamo della saracinesca protettiva dell’orditoio in cui è stata trascinata la giovane donna. I due reati sono stati contestati dalla procura di Prato, in concorso morale e materiale, ai due indagati, la titolare della ditta e l’addetto alla manutenzione di quel macchinario. Sul funzionamento del macchinario la procura venerdì assegnerà una consulenza tecnica a un ingegnere.
Sabato invece dovrebbe svolgersi l’autopsia.
La saracinesca di protezione, secondo quanto emerso, è stata trovata alzata. È un meccanismo che serve proprio a impedire che la persona che vi lavora possa essere in qualche modo ‘agganciata’ e poi trascinata dentro. Gli inquirenti vogliono capire perchè non fosse al suo posto e contestando l’articolo 437 ipotizzano che fosse volutamente tenuta sollevata. Una “rimozione” che, in base a quanto si spiega sempre dagli inquirenti, in altre aziende tessili viene seguita per semplificare le procedure di lavoro.
