27 gennaio 2021 – Con il Messaggio n. 304 del 25 gennaio 2021, l’INPS fornisce indicazioni sui trattamenti di integrazione salariale per sospensione dei lavoratori residenti o domiciliati in Comuni interessati da provvedimenti di permanenza domiciliare adottati dall’autorità pubblica per l’epidemia da COVID-19.
In particolare, il documento rammenta che ai sensi dell’art. 19 del D.L. n. 104/2020, convertito con modificazioni nella Legge n. 126/2020, i datori di lavoro operanti esclusivamente nelle Regioni Emilia Romagna, Veneto e Lombardia, che abbiano sospeso l’attività lavorativa, anche limitatamente alla prestazione dei lavoratori sopra indicati a causa dell’impossibilità di raggiungere il luogo di lavoro da parte degli stessi, possono presentare domanda di accesso ai trattamenti di integrazione salariale CIGO, CIGD, ASO e CISOA. Tale domanda, recante la causale “COVID-19 – Obbligo permanenza domiciliare”, riguarda il periodo dal 23 febbraio 2020 al 30 aprile 2020 in relazione alla durata delle misure previste dai provvedimenti delle pubbliche autorità, fino a un massimo di 4 settimane complessive per le prestazioni di CIGO, ASO e CIGD e di 20 giornate per la CISOA.
Sono ammessi a questo specifico trattamento solo i lavoratori per i quali non hanno trovato applicazione le tutele previste in ragione dell’emergenza epidemiologica da COVID-19.
L’Istituto segnala, inoltre, che i datori di lavoro che accedono alle misure in questione non sono tenuti al versamento del contributo addizionale. (Fonte: Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali)
