Roma, 24 giugno 2020 – Lo fa sapere l’Inps con una circolare che chiarisce la norma contenuta nel decreto Rilancio: le indennità Naspi e Discoll in scadenza tra il primo marzo e il 30 aprile sono prorogate di due mesi automaticamente e senza bisogno di nuova domanda. L’Istituto spiega che non si perde il diritto se si accetta un contratto di lavoro agricolo di 30 giorni rinnovabili per altri 30 per un compenso massimo di 2.000 euro nell’anno 2020. La proroga vale a condizione che il percettore non sia beneficiario: delle indennità #Covid previste dal decreto #CuraItalia e dal decreto Rilancio comprese quelle per i lavoratori domestici e sportivi. Per i due mesi di estensione delle indennità di disoccupazione #Naspi e #Discoll trovano applicazione tutti gli istituti relativi alla sospensione delle indennità in caso di rioccupazione di durata pari o inferiore a sei mesi (cinque giorni per la prestazione Discoll), di abbattimento della prestazione in caso di cumulo della prestazione con il reddito da lavoro dipendente o autonomo, nonché l’istituto della decadenza. La circolare chiarisce che i percettori di #ammortizzatori sociali – limitatamente al periodo di sospensione a zero ore della prestazione lavorativa – nonché i percettori di indennità Naspi e Discoll e di Reddito di cittadinanza possono stipulare con datori di lavoro del settore agricolo contratti a termine non superiori a 30 giorni, rinnovabili per ulteriori 30 giorni, senza subire la perdita o la riduzione dei benefici previsti, nel limite di 2.000 euro per l’anno 2020. Si precisa che i 30 giorni si computano prendendo in considerazione le giornate di effettivo lavoro e non la durata in sé del contratto di lavoro.
