Roma, 17 novembre 2021 – Il ministro Orlando è per “aumentare la protezione indennitaria”, per gli infortunati sul lavoro e i loro famigliari. Intervenendo durante la presentazione della Relazione di fine consiliatura del Civ Inail, il ministro del Lavoro e delle Politiche sociali, ha sottolineato che “il Testo unico Inail lascia scoperti da indennizzo troppi infortuni e troppi lavoratori che presentano danni di lieve entità”. “Andrebbe valutata una proposta di riforma orientata all’abolizione della cosiddetta franchigia – ha aggiunto – e alla revisione della tabella delle menomazioni”. È necessario, ha proseguito il ministro, “garantire adeguati strumenti di tutela, quali la riqualificazione e la ricollocazione del personale, oltre che un collocamento mirato per i lavoratori che hanno subito danni di lieve entità. Tutto questo con una adeguata rendita di passaggio, che li accompagni fino alla nuova mansione idonea”.
