Roma, 23 novembre 2021 – L’atteggiamento delle aziende verso la condizione lavorativa dei disabili è a dir poco timido se non proprio reticente. Poco meno di otto aziende italiane su 10 non hanno implementato politiche specifiche a tutela dei disabili sul luogo di lavoro. La conoscenza e la formazione sul tema sono ancora scarse e il personale è ancora poco sensibilizzato. A dirlo è un’indagine condotta dal network di aziende ForAll (Fornitori Alleati) svolta su 239 aziende. L’indagine, presentata nell’ambito di “4 Weeks 4 Inclusion”, la maratona interaziendale dedicata alla valorizzazione delle diversità e all’inclusione, sottolinea che tra le imprese che hanno risposto al questionario, il 64% dichiara di applicare una politica per favorire la diversità e le pari opportunità, percentuale che scende al 55% nelle aziende con meno di 50 dipendenti. In 6 aziende su 10 (61%) non ci sono riferimenti espliciti nella policy aziendale su diversità e pari opportunità, a etnia, genere, religione, disabilità, orientamento sessuale, identità ed espressione di genere. Solo 3 su 10 (34%) hanno realizzato regolarmente formazione alla gestione aziendale su questi temi.
Il 77% delle aziende dichiara di non aver implementato alcuna iniziativa specifica sulla disabilità, con una forte discrepanza sulla base delle dimensioni imprenditoriali: si va dal 93% delle aziende con meno di 10 dipendenti al 46% delle grandi aziende con oltre 250 dipendenti. Ancora tanto da fare anche sul tema dell’equità di genere, con solo il 25% di dipendenti donne in posizioni manageriali e il 21% nei consigli di amministrazione o comitati esecutivi.
