Immediatamente trasportato in ospedale dove gli è stata attribuita la massima priorità.
Un’altra tragedia è avvenuta ad Agrigento, dove un operaio di quarant’anni è rimasto ferito a causa di una caduta. L’evento è stato improvviso: la strada ha ceduto e il camion si è mosso di conseguenza; ciò ha portato l’uomo, che era sul cestello, a perdere l’equilibrio precipitando a terra. Il lavoratore era cosciente quando è stato trasportato in ospedale dal 118. Si ipotizza che abbia riportato diverse fratture.
