Roma, 31 marzo 2020 – L’Inail pubblica le denunce di infortunio sul lavoro presentate all’Istituto nel primo bimestre del 2020. Sono state 96.549 (-3,5% rispetto allo stesso periodo del 2019), 108 delle quali con esito mortale (-10,7%). In aumento le patologie di origine professionale denunciate, che sono state 10.544 (+6,1%). Di seguito i numeri suddivisi per “Denunce di infortunio”, “Casi mortali” e “Malattie professionali”.
DENUNCE DI INFORTUNIO
Le denunce di infortunio sul lavoro presentate all’Inail entro lo scorso mese di febbraio sono state 96.549, in diminuzione di 3.517 casi rispetto alle 100.066 del primo bimestre del 2019 (-3,5%).
I dati rilevati al 29 febbraio 2020 (anno bisestile), rispetto a quelli rilevati al 28 febbraio dell’anno scorso, hanno evidenziato a livello nazionale un decremento sia dei casi avvenuti in occasione di lavoro, passati da 85.919 a 83.831 (-2,4%), sia di quelli in itinere, occorsi cioè nel tragitto di andata e ritorno tra l’abitazione e il luogo di lavoro, che hanno fatto registrare un calo pari al 10,1%, da 14.147 a 12.718.
A febbraio 2020 il numero degli infortuni sul lavoro denunciati è diminuito del 3,0% nella gestione Industria e servizi (dai 74.079 casi del 2019 ai 71.890 del 2020), dello 0,9% in Agricoltura (da 4.630 a 4.590) e del 6,0% nel Conto Stato (da 21.357 a 20.069).
L’analisi territoriale evidenzia un calo delle denunce di infortunio in tutte le aree del Paese: -2,8% nel Nord-ovest, -5,2% nel Nord-est, -3,1% sia al Centro che al Sud e -0,5% nelle Isole. A eccezione della Calabria (che ha fatto registrare sette infortuni in più nel primo bimestre 2020) e del Friuli Venezia Giulia (quattro casi in più), tutte le altre regioni presentano un decremento.
La flessione che emerge dal confronto dei primi bimestri del 2019 e del 2020 è legata sia alla componente maschile, che registra un -2,3% (da 62.438 a 61.008 denunce), sia a quella femminile, con un -5,5% (da 37.628 a 35.541).
La diminuzione ha interessato solo i lavoratori italiani (-4,4%), mentre quelli comunitari ed extracomunitari hanno presentato incrementi pari, rispettivamente, al +0,5% e +1,6%.
Dall’analisi per classi di età emergono decrementi generalizzati in tutte le fasce, a eccezione di quelle tra i 20 e 29 anni (+0,6%) e tra i 65 e i 74 anni (+2,0%).
CASI MORTALI
Le denunce di infortunio sul lavoro con esito mortale presentate all’Istituto entro il mese di febbraio sono state 108, 13 in meno rispetto alle 121 denunce registrate nel primo bimestre del 2019 (-10,7%).
A livello nazionale, i dati rilevati allo scorso 29 febbraio hanno evidenziato per il primo bimestre del 2020 un decremento rispetto ai primi due mesi del 2019 sia dei casi avvenuti in occasione di lavoro, che sono passati da 82 a 76, sia di quelli occorsi in itinere, diminuiti da 39 a 32.
Il calo ha riguardato la gestione Industria e servizi (da 109 a 95 denunce) e l’Agricoltura (da 11 a 9), mentre il Conto Stato ha registrato tre casi in più (da 1 a 4).
Due gli incidenti plurimi avvenuti nel primo bimestre di quest’anno: il primo a gennaio, costato la vita a due lavoratori vittime di un incidente stradale a Grosseto, e il secondo a febbraio, con due macchinisti morti nel deragliamento ferroviario avvenuto in provincia di Lodi.
Dall’analisi territoriale emerge una diminuzione di cinque casi mortali nel Nord-ovest (da 33 a 28), di sette al Centro (da 26 a 19), di sei al Sud (da 26 a 20) e di uno nelle Isole (da 14 a 13). Il Nord-est si contraddistingue, invece, per un aumento di sei casi (da 22 a 28).
Il decremento rilevato nel confronto tra i primi bimestri del 2020 e del 2019 è legato sia alla componente maschile, i cui casi mortali denunciati sono passati da 113 a 103, sia a quella femminile, che ha fatto registrare tre casi in meno, da 8 a 5.
In calo sia le denunce di infortuni mortali dei lavoratori italiani (da 92 a 90), sia quelle dei comunitari (da 12 a 8) ed extracomunitari (da 17 a 10).
Dall’analisi per classi di età emerge una diminuzione dei casi mortali denunciati solo per i lavoratori tra i 45 e i 54 anni (-19 casi) e per quelli tra i 55 e i 64 anni (-8 casi).
DENUNCE DI MALATTIA PROFESSIONALE
Le denunce di malattia professionale protocollate dall’Inail nel primo bimestre del 2020 sono state 10.544, 607 in più rispetto allo stesso periodo del 2019 (+6,1%).
Aumenti si sono registrati nell’Industria e servizi (+9,8%, da 7.947 a 8.722 casi) e nel Conto Stato (+8,7%, da 115 a 125), mentre il numero delle patologie denunciate in Agricoltura è diminuito del 9,5% (da 1.875 a 1.697).
L’analisi territoriale evidenzia incrementi delle denunce al Centro (+17,9%), al Sud (+0,4%) e nelle Isole (+19,1%). In controtendenza invece il Nord-ovest (-12,2%) e il Nord-est (-0,9%).
In ottica di genere si rilevano 323 denunce di malattia professionale in più per i lavoratori, da 7.327 a 7.650 (+4,4%), e 284 casi in più per le lavoratrici, da 2.610 a 2.894 (+10,9%).
L’incremento ha interessato sia le denunce dei lavoratori italiani (passate da 9.275 a 9.769, pari a un aumento del 5,3%), sia quelle dei lavoratori comunitari (da 218 a 273, +25,2%) ed extracomunitari (da 444 a 502, +13,1%).
Le patologie del sistema osteo-muscolare e del tessuto connettivo, quelle del sistema nervoso e dell’orecchio continuano a rappresentare le prime tre malattie professionali denunciate, seguite dalle malattie del sistema respiratorio e dai tumori.
