Roma, 8 maggio 2020 – L’INAIL comunica che sono state respinte 27 delle 29 richieste di validazione presentate dalla Only Italia Logistic SArl, società riconducibile all’ex Presidente della Camera Irene Pivetti e le due rimanenti sono ancora in corso di valutazione. Il motivo indicato è che la documentazione allegata è incoerente e generica ed ha impedito di individuare il prodotto sottoposto alla valutazione dell’Istituto. La sigla spesso indicata: KN 95 costituisce un generico richiamo allo standard cinese di filtraggio. Nella maggior parte delle istanze presentate manca inoltre il nome del fornitore corretto. È evidente che se non viene indicato il prodotto e l’azienda che lo produce, non è possibile validare un dispositivo per la protezione e la tutela della salute. Dal report pubblicato ieri infatti “emerge che in circa l’1% dei casi le richieste presentate erano relative a dpi già marcati CE, che possono essere messi in commercio senza la validazione dell’Istituto. Il 95% delle pratiche si è concluso, invece, con un giudizio di non conformità, che ha riguardato prodotti non valutabili come dpi (pari a circa il 15% dei provvedimenti negativi), prodotti configurabili come simil-mascherine chirurgiche, eventualmente valutabili dall’Istituto superiore di sanità (12%), e prodotti che non garantiscono i requisiti di qualità e sicurezza per la protezione di lavoratori (73%), per l’assenza di relazioni sulle prove effettuate sui dispositivi, la presentazione di “attestazioni di conformità” o di “certificati di compliance” non valutabili, perché rilasciati su base volontaria da enti non accreditati per i #dpi (e in alcuni casi non risultati presenti nei relativi database), o per la mancata indicazione puntuale dei modelli di prodotto o del produttore.
