16 luglio 2019 – Assosistema Confindustria ha aperto oggi il tavolo negoziale per il rinnovo del CCNL delle imprese del sistema industriale integrato di beni e servizi tessili e medici affini (Lavanderie Industriali). Nel pomeriggio, lโAssociazione ha incontrato le Organizzazioni Sindacali FEMCA CISL, FILCTEM CGIL e UILTEC UIL avviando formalmente le trattative per il Contratto collettivo scaduto il 31 marzo 2019. In apertura del tavolo, il Presidente Marco Marchetti ha evidenziato le criticitร che stanno colpendo il settore: gli appalti sempre piรน al ribasso e il dumping contrattuale messo in atto sia dallโutilizzo di cooperative spurie che dalla nascita di contratti pirata nel settore. โTali contratti โ ha detto Marchetti โ rischiano di incrinare un intero apparato normativo e un sistema di relazioni industriali qualitativo che da sempre ha contraddistinto il settore. Aprire un tavolo di rinnovo โ ha proseguito Marchetti โ con le incognite relative al salario minimo e alla mancanza di una legge sulla rappresentanza non รจ cosa da poco. Le imprese hanno bisogno di stabilitร e regole certe. Non sarร un compito facile, infatti, riuscire a definire un quadro normativo o aumenti salariali in questa situazione di incertezzaโ.
A seguire, Matteo Nevi, Segretario Generale di Assosistema Confindustria ha detto: โIl contratto deve diventare uno strumento snello di gestione aziendale, dovrร gestire le difficoltร e il cambiamento delle aziende nei prossimi anni dettando la politica industriale del settore da un punto di vista retributivo e normativo. Tra le richieste abbiamo presentato misure orientate agli incentivi per le nuove assunzioni, alla definizione a livello nazionale della stagionalitร del settore, alla riduzione degli abusi per il ricorso alla malattia e ad una maggiore flessibilitร per la gestione aziendaleโ.
โOccorre evidenziare in maniera corretta lโimpegno economico dellโimpresa verso i lavoratori โ ha concluso Nevi โ non solo sul piano del trattamento economico minimo (TEM), ma tenendo anche in considerazione il trattamento economico complessivo (TEC) fatto di tabellari, welfare, indennitร e premi e avendo ben in mente lโobiettivo di sviluppare la contrattazione di secondo livello deputata a redistribuire la ricchezza laddove si creaโ.
