Si svolgerà oggi presso l’Auditorium INAIL (Piazzale Giulio Pastore, 6), dalle ore 9.00 alle ore 13.30 il seminario, promosso dal Comitato unico di garanzia dell’INAIL, terzo di un ciclo dedicato alla valorizzazione delle differenze sul luogo di lavoro. L’evento mira ad approfondire i problemi legati alla disabilità dei lavoratori attraverso la promozione di azioni positive a favore dei disabili e la prevenzione di eventuali discriminazioni. A ciò si aggiunge l’opportunità di dibattito offerta dalla recente istituzione, nelle PA, della figura di disability manager.
L’incontro parte dall’idea di favorire un luogo di discussione e disseminazione dei risultati delle buone pratiche in tema di gestione della diversità e della disabilità. Mettere a confronto percorsi concreti e strumenti di integrazione sociale e dialogo delle diversità, sperimentati nel contatto quotidiano: questa la motivazione alla base di un laboratorio promosso dalla Rete nazionale dei Cug quale opportunità di incontro tra gli attori del territorio dove le esperienze dei singoli enti e le attività svolte tanto spesso in solitudine, trovino espressione, si confrontino, verifichino le possibilità di sviluppo, trovino complicità e dialettica.
Nel corso dell’evento saranno approfonditi anche i problemi connessi alle malattie di lunga durata, soprattutto oncologiche. Il seminario intende, inoltre, offrire spunti di riflessione sulla necessità di ridisegnare politiche di gestione delle risorse umane in grado di capitalizzare le competenze delle persone disabili, intese come risorse da valorizzare e come oppurtunità, sia per il datore di lavoro, sia per la collettività.
