La ricerca evidenzia l’attuale drastica flessione dei dati sull’utilizzo del lavoro agile rispetto al 2020, anno segnato dal picco della crisi pandemica, che ha portato dai 5,37 milioni di smart worker nel primo trimestre dell’anno 2021 ai 4,07 milioni nel terzo trimestre, un dato che continua a scendere.
Qual è dunque il futuro del lavoro agile in Italia? A rispondere il Responsabile scientifico dell’Osservatorio Mariano Corso: “La pandemia ha accelerato l’evoluzione dei modelli di lavoro verso forme di organizzazione più flessibili e intelligenti e ha cambiato le aspettative di imprese e lavoratori, anche se emergono delle differenze fra le organizzazioni che rischiano di rallentare questa rivoluzione”
Secondo la ricerca lo smart working rimarrà o sarà introdotto nell’89% delle grandi aziende, dove aumenteranno sia i progetti strutturati sia quelli informali, nel 62% delle PA e nel 35% delle PMI.
A differenza del pre-pandemia esistono oggi progetti di smart working strutturati o informali presenti nell’81% delle grandi imprese (contro il 65% del 2019), nel 53% delle PMI (nel 2019 erano il 30%) e nel 67% delle PA (contro il 23% pre-Covid).
