Nella lista c’è tanto “il trasporto dei lavoratori su veicoli privi di qualunque mezzo di sicurezza, costretti a viaggiare in piedi, o seduti a terra, con indumenti inidonei al lavoro nei campi”, quanto l’attività occupazionale ‘in nero’ e “la mancata retribuzione per intero”.
Una delle pronunce evidenziate nel report, concernente le mansioni affidate agli stranieri, è che le condizioni di sfruttamento, alle quali vengono sottoposti i lavoratori (extracomunitari), devono essere individuate negli “orari di lavoro assai gravosi”, nelle “assenze di pause e permessi”, nella “assenza di contratti stipulati dai lavoratori”, condizioni tutte assolutamente incompatibili con quelle previste dalla contrattazione collettiva vigente”, e nel “fatto che i lavoratori siano costretti ad accettare il prelievo” di danaro “dalla loro esigua paga e a farsi trasportare in condizioni affatto disumane sui campi di lavoro”.
