Precisamente è stata aumenta la capienza consentita per gli spettacoli aperti al pubblico, gli eventi e le competizioni sportive e le discoteche, mentre nei musei e negli altri istituti e luoghi della cultura è stata eliminata la distanza interpersonale di almeno un metro.
L’accesso ai menzionati spettacoli, eventi e luoghi continuerà ad essere consentito esclusivamente ai soggetti muniti della certificazione verde COVID-19.
In materia di verifica del possesso delle certificazioni verdi COVID-19 nei settori pubblico e privato è stato stabilito che, in caso di richiesta da parte del datore di lavoro, derivante da specifiche esigenze organizzative volte a garantire l’efficace programmazione del lavoro, i lavoratori sono tenuti a rendere le comunicazioni di non possesso del Green pass con un preavviso necessario a soddisfare le predette esigenze organizzative.
