Roma, 31 gennaio 2022 – Martedì 1° febbraio, entrano in vigore le nuove norme introdotte dal governo per arginare la diffusione della pandemia Covid. Nello specifico, da domani il green pass base – che si ottiene con il vaccino, se si è guariti dal Covid, o con un tampone negativo effettuato 48 ore prima se antigenico o 72 ore se rapido – sarà quindi necessario per andare a ritirare la pensione negli uffici postali, per andare in banca o dal tabaccaio per comprare le sigarette. Necessario anche per entrare negli uffici pubblici, negli uffici finanziari e nelle attività commerciali (ossia i negozi). E per le persone che accederanno senza green pass ai servizi e alle attività in cui è obbligatorio averlo, è prevista una sanzione da 400 a 1.000 euro. La stessa sanzione si applica al soggetto tenuto a controllare il possesso del Green pass se omette il controllo.
Il decreto, firmato dal premier Mario Draghi una decina di giorni fa, mette però al primo posto le esigenze alimentari e di prima necessità, quelle sanitarie, di sicurezza e di giustizia, per le quali non sarà necessario il certificato verde.
Libero accesso quindi in negozi di alimentari, supermercati e discount, ma anche esercizi commerciali di vendita al dettaglio di prodotti surgelati, articoli igienico-sanitari, e di alimenti per animali domestici.
Senza green pass si potrà anche fare rifornimento, acquistare prodotto per il riscaldamento, farmaci, articoli ottici, medicali e ortopedici. Non sarà necessario nemmeno per Il Green pass non serve per andare in ospedale, dal dentista, dal medico di base e dal veterinario, o per accedere agli uffici aperti al pubblico delle Forze di polizia e delle polizie locali, per attività istituzionali indifferibili, come ad esempio sporgere una denuncia.
Dal primo febbraio il super Green pass però avrà durata 6 mesi (non più 9 mesi) calcolati dall’ultima dose di vaccino ricevuta.
Inoltre, sempre da domani, scatteranno le sanzioni per tutti gli over 50 (salvo chi ne è esentato per motivi di salute) che non saranno vaccinati contro il covid: per tutti coloro che non saranno in regola con l’obbligo vaccinale, infatti, sarà prevista una sanzione di 100 euro.
Dal 15 febbraio prossimo, il nuovo decreto introduce altresì l’obbligo di green pass rafforzato o super green pass per i lavoratori pubblici e privati con 50 anni di età che accederanno ai luoghi di lavoro. Di pari passo viaggia l’obbligo per i datori di lavoro di controllare il documento, pena una sanzione che va da 600 a 2.500 euro.
