Tra gli incarichi che in qualche modo verranno posti sotto osservazione da ANMIL, perché sono ovviamente collegati ai temi strategici dell’associazione, possiamo enucleare i seguenti: Roberto Speranza, alla Sanità; Nunzia Catalfo, al Lavoro; Roberto Gualtieri, all’Economia; Elena Bonetti, alla Famiglia, e Paola De Micheli alle Infrastrutture. Ma l’interesse di ANMIL si estende anche a ministeri come l’Istruzione che vede Lorenzo Fioramonti alla guida. “Si tratta di nomi nuovi – sottolinea il presidente di ANMIL Zoello Forni -, persone che non hanno avuto precedenti incarichi. E’ un segnale positivo. Siamo pronti a lavorare per fissare gli incontri e rivendicare i nostri diritti”.
Tra le altre cose, sembra profilarsi un piccolo ma importante punto di svolta, legato al metodo attraverso il quale viene affrontata la frammentarietà delle norme che riguardano la disabilità. Nei giorni immediatamente precedenti la formazione del Conte bis, infatti, è stato lo stesso presidente del Consiglio a ricevere a palazzo Chigi i rappresentanti del settore. Non solo Fand e Fish ma anche l’universo del Terzo settore. Una mossa che potrebbe preludere a un passaggio di consegne delle deleghe sulla disabilità: dal dicastero della Famiglia direttamente a palazzo Chigi. “Sarebbe un modo per gestire le problematiche dei disabili in modo diretto – aggiunge Forni – è una cosa buona”.
Quello del primo Consiglio dei ministri é stato “un clima sereno e con tanta voglia di fare”, ha detto il neoministro alla Famiglia e Pari opportunità Elena Bonetti, uscendo da Palazzo Chigi. Ai cronisti che l’hanno circondata, fuori la sede del governo, il ministro un po’ imbarazzata si è limitata a dire che a breve uscirà una nota ufficiale e che “la prima cosa da fare è andare nel luogo dove dovrò lavorare per fare il meglio”.
