Roma, 22 ottobre 2021 – Si chiamava Yaya Yafa e aveva 22 anni. Lavorava come facchino interinale all’Interporto di Bentivoglio (Bologna) da appena tre giorni, quando un tragico incidente sul lavoro gli è risultato fatale. Il ragazzo, originario della Guinea Bissau, è morto all’una di notte di ieri, schiacciato fra un mezzo pesante e la ribalta, durante un’operazione di scarico nei magazzini Sda Express Courier. La dinamica è ancora oggetto di accertamenti da parte dell’Unità operativa prevenzione e sicurezza Ambienti di Lavoro dell’Ausl e dai carabinieri della compagnia di Molinella, intervenuti a supporto nella notte. Quel che è certo per il momento è che Yaya è rimasto schiacciato fra il camion e il muro dello stabile. Un urto che avrebbe sfondato il torace al giovane, forse colpito anche alla testa.
Ora sarà da chiarire come e perché è avvenuto l’incidente e, soprattutto, se ci sono responsabilità per la morte di Yaya, che era anche iscritto come bracciante alla Flai-Cgil di Ferrara. Per farlo, verranno acquisite le immagini riprese dall’impianto di videosorveglianza del sito e che saranno ascoltati tutti gli operai presenti al momento della tragedia, oltre che i datori di lavoro. Il pm Borghini ha già aperto un fascicolo per il reato di omicidio colposo e nelle prossime ore saranno iscritti i primi nomi. La lista potrebbe allungarsi in base ad eventuali violazioni delle norme di sicurezza sul lavoro.
