16 luglio 2021 –La Sottosegretaria al Lavoro Rossella Accoto ha risposto ad una interrogazione in merito al ritardo nell’adozione del decreto ministeriale che fissa gli importi per l’anno 2021 relativi al Fondo di sostegno per le famiglie delle vittime di gravi infortuni sul lavoro. Le risorse destinate dal Ministero a questo Fondo vengono erogate ai soggetti beneficiari, in caso di incidenti che abbiano comportato la morte del lavoratore, in forma di sussidio una tantum aggiuntivo alla rendita ai superstiti. La rappresentante del dicastero ha anticipato che il provvedimento è stato emanato in data 10 giugno 2021 ed è quindi stato trasmesso alla Corte dei Conti per il controllo di legittimità e all’Ufficio Centrale di Bilancio presso il Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali per il previsto controllo di regolarità contabile. All’atto del perfezionamento del decreto, il Ministero del lavoro provvederà – ai sensi dell’articolo 32 della legge n. 69 del 2009 – a darne «pubblicità legale» nonché al contestuale trasferimento all’INAIL delle risorse necessarie per l’erogazione dei benefici in favore dei soggetti aventi diritto. Preannuncia quindi che gli importi della prestazione una tantum sono stati determinati – sulla base delle stime redatte dalla Consulenza statistico-attuariale dell’Inail, elaborate tenendo conto delle serie storiche, nonché sulla base delle risorse economiche disponibili – nel seguente modo: 5 mila euro per nucleo familiare con un solo superstite, 9 mila euro per nucleo familiare con due superstiti, 13 mila euro per nucleo familiare con tre superstiti,19 mila euro per nucleo familiare con più di tre superstiti.
