19 dicembre 2019 – Si allunga la scia di sangue dei lavoratori del nostro Paese in questi giorni che precedono le festività natalizie. Ancora la Puglia è scenario della nuova tragedia del lavoro compiutasi ieri. Giannangelo Di Terlizzi, operaio 60enne, è morto a seguito di una caduta da un’impalcatura posta ad un’altezza di 5 metri nel centro di Trani. Inutile ogni tentativo di rianimazione da parte degli operatori del 118 accorsi sul posto. Sono in corso le indagini del caso.
E ancora nella serata di ieri, a Monsampolo del Tronto (Ascoli), un agricoltore 72enne è morto a seguito di un incidente occorso mentre era alla guida di un trattore cingolato. Secondo una prima ricostruzione, il mezzo sarebbe slittato ribaltandosi e schiacciando l’uomo.
È notizia di oggi lo stanziamento, nei bandi Isi 2019 dell’INAIL, di 40 milioni di euro di incentivi a fondo perduto per le micro e piccole aziende in agricoltura che investono in sicurezza e sono “preziosi”, secondo il ministro per le Politiche agricole, Teresa Bellanova. “Ci sono ancora troppi trattori vecchi e spesso sentiamo di incidenti – gravi, meno gravi o gravissimi – frutto di una macchina che non ha le innovazioni che la tecnologia ci mette a disposizione”, dice la ministra in conferenza stampa, sottolineando che “quando si esce da una fase di difficoltà i primi tagli che si fanno sono proprio sugli attrezzi”.
In particolare 33 milioni sono stanziati dall’INAIL per la generalità delle imprese agricole e 7 milioni per i giovani agricoltori under 40. “Si devono aiutare i giovani e, anche se le risorse non sono ancora sufficienti e dobbiamo lavorare per ampliarle, a loro è destinata una linea di finanziamento significa aver colto che l’agricoltura è il futuro”, dichiara la ministra
